Linux causes hinges to crack. Apparently the folks at PC World UK prefer denying warranty claims over providing actual customer service.It is unbelievable to me how bad the experience is with a lot of places like this. Honestly, I've had better experiences with Dell's consumer support than what this guy describes.Oh well, I guess you get what you pay for (sometimes less).
